2006 Honig Sauvignon Blanc

The 2006 release really is a slice of Californian sunshine in a glass. It’s everything that Sauvignon Blanc should be.....and more. Lifted flavours of grapefruit, mango and papaya are balanced with mouth-watering acidity and a streak of minerality.

2005 Domaine de La Terre Rouge Vin Gris d'Amador

Ripe and lush, this rose shows pure aromas of fresh strawberries and raspberries, with a touch of vanilla. Crisp and fresh on the palate, it captures the deeper flavours of the Sierra Nevada, whilst displaying litheness of a light-bodied white.

2001 Aia Oakville Red

A wine of serious quality and complexity. Cassis fruit, coffee beans, mocha, liquorice, tobacco and cedar box are present in abundance. Impeccable balance is complemented by a well-defined structure. Oakville produces some of the greatest Cabernet's in the world, though usually in the three figure price bracket. This punches well above its weight.

2004 Waterstone Pinot Noir

Sourced from vineyards in the cool region of Carneros, just north of San Francisco Bay, this 2004 Pinot Noir is full of varietal character. Flavours of strawberries, cherries and cola come to the fore, whilst notes of vanilla oak combine seamlessly with the soft fruit and well-integrated tannins.
