For over 30 years, Hosmer Winery has been consistently dedicated to sustainable viticulture and lake-friendly land stewardship in New York's Finger Lakes Region. This care and effort extends to their wines, which are elegant, complex and extremely food friendly. Based at the extensive Patrician Verona Vineyard, the winemaking is in the capable hands of Julia Hoyle. Julia's been over for some tastings with us which where cheerfully brilliant and we thoroughly recommend these wines!

From the oldest Riesling vines on the farm, this is a stunning wine, bone dry and rich in texture and zipping with notes of Seville orange, brine and smoked lemon peel. Beautifully balanced and with a seemingly endless finish this wine shows that New York State is easily capable of producing world class Riesling.
