Judy Jordan was one of the first winemakers to see the potential to produce cool climate wines from Russian River Valley. Founded in 1986 J Vineyards & Winery quickly established a reputation for high quality wines and is still one of few Californian wineries to produce both still and sparkling wines. J Vineyards produces food friendly wines, with their signature fresh acidity and bright fruit making them a versatile partner to many dishes. This fruit forward Pinot Gris has notes of honeysuckle, tangerine and kaffir lime. Green apple and tart pineapple are expressed on the palate, along with floral hints and crisp minerality. A great match with Thai cuisine or as an aperitif.
