A deep dark wine, it has intense aromas of blackberry, vanilla and pepper leading to rich palate of cranberry, blackcurrant and sweet spices. The finish has layers of peppercorns, clove and mulled spices. A full bodied and robust wine with velvet tannins and fresh minerality. The finish is long and mouth coating, and the powerful structure of this wine will enable it to develop and mature for a decade or so.
