Description
The Outerbound Cabernet is pulled from three vineyards - the NCWC's Estate Vineyard, the Smith Ranch and the Wessel Farm. Most of the fruit is clone 337, picked specifically for it's strong tannin structure. This is to be a wine to last.
Notes of red and black fruit, rhubarb pie and tomato leaf. Medium to full in body, this wine is filled with flavors of blackberries, raspberries, rosemary and baking spice, blending seamlessly with plush tannins that linger until the next sip.
