Description
The NCWC's delicious chardonnay is a blend of Keller Vineyard, Santo Giordano Vineyard and Fontana. These were picked specifically for different reasons - the Keller Vineyard's cool Petaluma Old Wente fruit has stunning intensity and bright acidity. Santo Giordano Vineyard adds depth of flavour from the cool land only five miles from the sea, and the Fontana Ranch in Russian River adds a richer, more juicy edge.

Individual lots were fermented and aged in both barrel and stainless-steel tank before blending, lending to a bouquet of fresh citrus fruit, pineapple, and wet stone framed by warm baking spice aromas. Light to medium in body and refreshing on the palate, crisp flavors of grapefruit, lemon zest, lychee, and bouquet garni carry through the lasting finish.
